Art beyond surface

Welcome to the art store of Sari Saarenneva.

Based in the heart of Central Finland, I create abstract landscapes that
bridge the gap between the erformative and the atmospheric. Using acrylics and modern mediums on canvas and Plexiglass, my work explores the peculiar textures
and organic rhythms of the North. Every piece in this collection is a physical exploration of texture and light, built to last a lifetime. Here is what defines the quality of my work.

Premium materials

I use only high-quality, lightfast artist-grade colours. This ensures
that the vibrancy and depth of the pigments remain stable and resist fading over time.

Modern Mediums

Each scene is constructed using professional acrylic mediums to create intriguing, unconventional textures. These textures are applied to your choice of traditional canvas or contemporary Plexiglass.

The Light Effect

Because of the sculptural nature of the mediums, the paintings truly come to life in natural light. You will notice the depth and layers shift beautifully, particularly during the transition to dusk.

Ambiguity and Emotion

My work is designed to be multilayered, inviting you to project your own reflections and feelings onto the ethereal scenes and start a conversation between art and yourself.  

Shipping & Delivery

Bringing a new piece of art into your home should be a joy, not a task.
That’s why I’m happy to offer complimentary shipping on all original works. Each piece is professionally handled and securely packed so it arrives at your doorstep ready to shine. I want you to truly love your new acquisition; however, if it doesn’t feel like the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days (return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer).

International Customs & Duties

I ship my artworks worldwide. Please note that depending on your location, your package may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These are not included in the shop price and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom

For my UK collectors, please be aware that "Works of Art" are typically subject to a reduced Import VAT rate of 5% (rather than the standard 20%).

You will be contacted by the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail) once the piece arrives in the UK to settle this 5% tax and any small administrative handling fees before delivery.

Deliveries to the United States

Most original artwork (paintings, drawings, and sculptures) can enter the United States duty-free under Chapter 97 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

Note: While most fine art is exempt from customs duties, please note that local state sales tax or minor processing fees may still apply depending on your specific state's regulations.
